Q01. What is MyanmarOnlineTravel?

Myanmar Online Travel is a group of Consortium led by Myanmar Leading Ground Tour Operators with the aims of selling seat in coach tours in Myanmar.

Q02. What is Seat In Coach Tour?

Seat In Coach Tour is a combination tour where all the clients are combined to travel together.

Q03. What's the different between Seat In coach Tour & Private Tour?

Private tour is arranged for a group of traveller who are the friends or family members or relatives. As mentioned above, seat in coach tour are usually combined tours for all individual travellers who may or may not know each other or who may be different nationalities.

Q04. What's the benefits of Seat In Coach Tours?

Due to the combination of each individual travellers, we have based on a certain number of clients in calculating the costs. In return, the prices are relatively lower for the clients. For example, if the 2 clients are travelling on a private 8 Days tour, it will cost them more than USD 700 per person twin sharing. But, if they join the Seat In Coach Tour, it will cost them only USD 555.

Prices & Payment

Q05. Can you operate for a single person?

All our departures are guarantted to operate based on minimum 2 persons. So, it gives a chance to those single travelers from different part of the world to join together on a tour. The departure will be canceled only if the total number of clients travelling on that departure is one person.

Q06. What is the child fares?

For the child age between 2 to 12 year, we charge 75% of adult fare for the child without bed sharing with two adults and 85% of adult fare for the child with bed sharing with two adults. No cahrges for the infant if they do not need the seperate seat for domestic air transport. We charge 40% of adult fare if the infant need a seperate seat for domestic air transport.

Q07. How about third person sharing in twin room with extra bed?

It is the same as Twin sharing prices.

Q08. How can I pay you?
You can pay the Deposit by Telegraphic Transfer into our accounts and pay the balance of the tour fares cash on arrival at Yangon International Airport.

Q09. Is the deposit refundable in case I cancel my trip?

Yes, the deposit is refundable after deducting the bank charges if you cancel the trip 45 days prior to the departure. It is no refundable if you cancels the trip less than 45 days prior to the departure.

Visa

Q10. How can I get my visa?

A Valid visa is required to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad. All the tourist visas are valid for 28 days and cost avrage of USD 20. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from Myanmar.

Q11. Can you arrange visa on arrival?

Pre-arranged visa on arrival could be arranged by & take 14 working days to get the approvial. Once we get the approval, we will send the copy by fax to clients as well as to the airline ground office to able for the client to get boarding pass. The visa fee is USD 20.

Q12. Can I apply evisa online?

For the latest development on visa application, government has now introducing eVisa where you can apply visa online and the visa fee is USD 30. for more information about eVisa, please visit www.visa.gov.mm.

Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices and the clients are advised to arrange their own travel insurance before travelling.

Q16. What kind of meals are you serving during the tours?

We have carefully selected the restaurants and the menus to meet the European standard and the taste. The Myanmar, Chinese, European, Thai and local traditional menus have been carefully mixed up.
